The property is strategically located in Beatrixkwartier, which is the central business district of The Hague and one of the best-performing office areas within the Netherlands. The asset comprises 16 floors spread over four high-rise wings and three low-rise wings which are connected by a central archway over the A12 motorway.

Wouter Zwetsloot, Head of Benelux at Cromwell, said: “We are delighted that Nationale-Nederlanden has decided to renew its current lease and extend its occupation as it highlights the quality of this office asset and the service provided to tenants. As part of the deal, we have agreed to a range of asset improvement initiatives, such as upgrading the restaurant and high-rise entrance lobby, as well as installing additional charging points for cars and supplying 30 e-bikes.”
